E-Cast F-28 Sustain-X with 215 Hardener
E-Cast F-28 Sustain-X with 215 hardener is a two-component unfilled epoxy system with medium viscosity and good flow qualities. With a rigid room temperature cure, it has excellent adhesion to metals, plastics and ceramics. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components, potting, and conformal coatings. It also may be used in many adhesive applications.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 110 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 110 hardener is a low viscosity two-part system that has a rigid cure with excellent adhesion and chemical resistance. It also has excellent thermal shock and good impact resistance. Available in amber, white, and black.
Applications: Dipping or coating of circuit boards, and potting, casting and encapsulating.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 275 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 275 hardener is a low viscosity unfilled two-component epoxy that features safe handling properties. Its good thermal cycling abilities, longer work time, impact and heat resistance make this product very versatile. Large potting will cure overnight without heat cure. Available in amber, black or white.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components, such as industrial control units, transformers, and all potting applications needing improved thermal shock and thermal conductivity. It also may be used in many adhesive applications.
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 302 Hardener
E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X with 302 hardener is a low viscosity, resilient casting resin. Due to its low viscosity and long pot life, de-airing is not a problem; however, vacuum de-airing will ensure the best results. Longer cure times or slight heat (not to exceed 150 F) is needed for thin films. Post-curing at higher temperatures will increase all properties. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: Encapsulation of electronic components or embedded displays in electronics, including light emitting diodes (LEDs), and virtually any application where internal viewing is necessary.

E-Cast F-82 Sustain-X, paired with TP-41F hardener, offers a rigid cure, excellent adhesion, and strong chemical resistance. Its low viscosity enhances air release and flowability, making it a sustainable yet high-performance solution for industrial applications. Available in amber, white, black or custom colors if required.
Applications: All potting and encapsulation applications, cement wall repair. It also may be used in many adhesive applications.
Uni-Lam 1069 Sustain-X with 4123 Hardener
Uni-Lam 1069 Sustain-X with 4123 hardener is a filled, two-component epoxy system offering low viscosity and good flow characteristics. Its good air release and thermal shock resistance make it a very versatile system.
Applications: Potting, encapsulation of electronic components and bonding and sealing of substrates.
El-Cast VFR Plus Sustain-X with 117 Hardener
El-Cast VFR Plus Sustain-X with 117 hardener is a softer, flexible, high temperature epoxy system. This system’s low viscosity and excellent air release allows it to cure to a high gloss finish. This material has great flame-retardant properties. Available in black. Note: If UL rating is required, see United Resin El-Cast VFR Plus.
Applications: Potting and encapsulation of electronic components, such as delay lines, pulse transformers, alarm systems, filters, and magnetic components. Potting and encapsulation of parts.
