Conductive Epoxy Resin Systems

Our conductive systems will cure at room temperature or for added strength and to reach the full potential of the systems’ properties, a heat cure process may be performed.
LED Encapsulation

Epoxy offers an excellent option for protecting LED dies or chips and related electrical contacts from environmental challenges such as moisture, dust, chemicals, vibration, general contamination and physical impact, while maintaining desired optical and aesthetic properties. An epoxy LED encapsulant provides superior resistance to environmental factors over other options, as well as excellent optical properties with high transparency enabling efficient light transmission. United Resin’s epoxy systems have superior adhesion properties, providing strong and reliable bonds and ensuring good thermal contact, contributing to longer term reliability of the device. United Resin’s LED encapsulants have low shrinkage and offer excellent optical and mechanical properties to ensure optimal performance and reliability. United Resin offers either soft or rigid encapsulating products, with excellent optical clarity.
